Service Description

Every week, local facilitators will come together to share their unique gifts, creating a space dedicated to fostering community connections. This offering has been created to connect the health and wellness community. We will explore a diverse range of Modalities and Practices, including Wim Hof Breathwork, Sound Healing, Meditation, Connection, Yoga, Mobility and Dance. Location: Cotton Tree Under the Big Tree in between Ocean Addicts truck and Cotton Tree Pool. Time: 6:10 AM - 7:00 AM Starting from the 7th of November, these gatherings will occur every Tuesday morning and the last Sunday of every month.
